   Okay, I have made little progress with using the MRU as a bookmarks list. I understand I need the paremeter and caption options but I just don't know how to implement it. Can anyone post the code need to do this or upload/send me a sample to see how things work?

I'd greatly appreciate it folks. I've been stumped on this one for nearly a week!
