Support for product built using VC++ 6.0 and MFC42

   We  are in process of evaluating the Codejock
SkinFramework for  our product built using VC++ 6.0 and MFC42.

 When we installed Codejock Evaluation Toolkit
Pro(Codejock.ToolkitPro.MFC.Eval.16.4.0), we got vc90,vc100 and vc110 binaries.
But, we need vc60 binaries to use and evaluate. How to get VC60 binaries in
Windows7 environment?

We use Make files to build our software. 

Further ,Following are the required clarifications. Kindly
help 

1.        Will
it supports VC++ 6.0  and MFC42?

2.       Will
it supports make file ?

3.       Do
you provide any documentation or  guidelines  for make file build ?
