A few customers of ours have experienced strange behaviour which we are not able to reproduce ourselves.
What happens is that they cannot resize the main window beyond a certain point, when they go past that point the windows 'disappears' as if the window has been masked. Also the window appears to have a "windows 2000" look with grey upper right window controls. First image below shows the "windows 2000" look...  Second image below shows this same corner when user tries to resize the window, it disappears beyond the border of the original window size.  Any ideas? Not this behaviour only occurs since we upgraded to 16.3.1 regards Brian |
