CXTPChartControl plots a point on incorrect date

   Hello,

There seems to be a strange bug with the chart control when using the Date Time scale Type. It is plotting some points on the wrong date. I have reproduced the problem in the Chart builder:
See that for the chart below, the fourth point shows up at an earlier date when it should be plotted in 2079. (The time values are needed to see this issue)

I reported this bug last year as #34027 but did not get any response. Hopefully someone on the forum can help me with this problem.
