   After installing version 17.0.0 while specifying 'Deploy Codejock AppWizard' during the installation, the AppWizard does not get integrated into Visual Studio 2015 or 2013.

Both Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 show the integration succeeded as the new project wizard offers the Toolkit Pro Application option as a Visual C++ project type.

Is the AppWizard hidden in Visual Studio 2015 and 2013?
