Is there a way to have more control of the tool tips on a Ribbon bar. Using the XTPToolTipContext I can set the overall settings of the tool tips. But for specific controls I would like to e.g. not have the Icon displayed in the tool tip.

How can I accomplish that?

Hi,

ShowImage of TooltipContext has ImageBase(Offset) Parameter.   if icon is found with Id + Offset it will be on tooltip.

Yes, I understand. But can I have different images on the Control Button in the Ribbon and in the Tooltip?

Yes, using this offset you can set any icon for tooltip.
