13.1.0 white ribbon theme MDI glitch

   Hi, I've just incorporated the new ribbon themes into an MDI app and there is a problem with the color scheme of the min/max icons when the MDI windows are maximized.

Blue theme: min/max close icons for MDI window display correctly

White theme: min/max/close icons and painted in white, on a white background!!!! Almost impossible to read

FYI, the scenic theme works fine:

Could this be fixed for the next release?
