The WinExplorer example doesn't seem to support Drag and Drop of files.

Begin Dragging seems to work, and dropping the files in another application is possible, but not in the WinExplorer itself.

How can I make both the TreeView and the ListView 'drop targets' ?

For the ListView, it seems that calling DragAcceptFiles in OnCreate and implementing OnDropFiles works. For the TreeView, not so much.

BTW: the original example code has a bug causing an ASSERT to trigger.
To reproduce: start the WinExplorer in debug mode, and drag an item from the right pane out of the window and back in and release. (V 15.1.3, VS2010).

Thanks for any reply!

David.
