adding rick text box support to property grid item

   I am looking to add following features in my propery grid

1. "Zoomable" feature, this would imply that if the user has to add more lines to a text box a new box appears below and he can add his text. 

It appears that "multistring item" in new code jock helps

2. "Add rich text" Can I add rick text box any text box of property grid, if yes then can I do so for "multi string " item as well ?

Any pointers for the above will be helpful.
