AdjustScrollBars eating memory?

   It appears that calling the AdjustScrollBars() many times will eat up memory. I've got it on a timer and I can see memory usage growing steadily. Once I comment just this one line out, memory is stable. Has anyone else noticed this?

I've stepped through the code, but can't seem to find a spot where memory would be used and not released. This is using 15.3.1.
