Is it possible to have glass effect to controls inside docking panes and also to toolbars?

Is it possible to use "transparent window style for the dockable pane windows or the  control(like tree control)"

Hello,
 
Windows OS doesn't support transparent child controls. You need draw background of parent window manually. For dockingPanes you can create custom themes and draw parent background.

See Samples\DockingPane\PaneSample\MainFrm.cpp file it has CCustomTheme class that creates new theme and override Drawing caption.
