Red Line when draggin over

   Hi, 

in the report manager, when you get an element and drag it over to change the order in the list, for example, a red line appeared to show you where are you dropping the element.

Is there any chance to change that line color depending, let's say, if you have the CRTL or the ALT keys pressed?

Plus, how can I use custom cursors in the draggin over operation?
