Bug: Print Selected fails

   With Selected radio button set in the Print dialog the selection is ignored and the entire document prints anyhow.

During trace in OnPreparePrinting:

There ARE selected rows.
m_bPrintSelection is TRUE.

This is reproducible in the ReportSample.
