Skin of RichText not correct

   With Version 12.0.0 the skinning of RichTextWndClass (name from Spy++) works sometimes not korrekt. 

I use the Microsoft Rich Textbox Control 6.0 (SP3) comming with VB6.

In VB6-Ide the skinning is ok, but in the compiled exe i have two versions:

On Windwos-XP SP3 the Textbox is skinned with the Windows-Default-Theme.
On Windows-2000, the TextBox is not skinned and the scrollbars are not useable with the mouse.
You can only scroll with the keyboard.

I have added AddWindowClass "RichTextWndClass", "Edit", but this has no effect.
