Hello all,
If you need to use both toolkit and the chart in the same project please update the toolkit to version 13.4.2.
Thanks

Did you contact sales?  They will be back in about an hour.

Yep. E-Mail sent 3 hours ago Wink

Btw., 13.4.0 and 14.1 Eval works fine together, why is the update required?

You just missed sales then, that is about when they stepped out.  Don't worry, I'll see to it they get you the chart today :)

It only seems that they work fine:)  It can lead to different Undefined behaviors.
If you don't use classes from the Common folder and Markup then you should be OK.  They have different files in Common folders - and for example if you use CXTPTooltipContext the compiler can use includes from ToolkitPro but linker will link with ChartPro version.

Ok, I'm currently only using the Unicode Debug DLLs, therefore no problems.

You should rename XTP 13.4.2 to 14.1.

And the next release should be 14.2 rather than 14.0

Otherwise you have XTP 13.4.2 and Chart 14.1
XTP 14.0 and Chart 14.2
...

There will be a lot of requests which versions work together if you don't keep the version numbers in sync.

This should be the only version out of sync.

Not if the next major XTP release is 14.0

For technical and marketing reasons you should call 13.4.2 = 14.1 and the next release in November 15.0 Wink

With the addition of the chart control this is actually a major release, so calling it 14.1 is fine.
