office 2007 turns everything black

   Hi,

we are using 10.4 version of codejock and applying office 2007 theme is turning all the commandbars to black colour. office 2007 framework is working pretty much fine with 10.3. The problem  is only with 10.4 version? IS there any work around to resolve this issue

	Now resources located in exe file. Add #include "Ribbon\Styles\Office2007Blue\Office2007Blue.rc" to your res\xxx.rc2 file
