I am using ActiveX DockingPane. In the Help I see reference about PaneTypeSplitterContainer but I cannot see how to create such a container.

I want to have a form, with two other simple forms contained in Panes, with a splitter between them.   Can the main form be the container?  How do I set it to PaneTypeSplitterContainer?

That is the sort of thing I have been playing around with.  But it isn't functioning as I thought a "splitter" would.

I guess I can change properties so that the panes cannot float, and that would do what I need.

It's just that when I saw mention of the PaneTypeSplitterContainer in the Help File I thought that might be what I was missing. (I note your example doesn't use that )

Thanks for the reply.

Hi,

You can set DockingPane.PaintManager.ShowCaption = False and have only the splitters.

My old PC doesn't understand .rar files.  Do you have the vintage .zip type??

Got it OK this time. Thank you.  These samples of code from other users are very useful (well, to me anyway).
