I dont find Handle property

When i add a xtpControlCustom in toolbar, i dont find the "handle" property in the control.

I work with 9.60, and when i get the new insert control the type is
always type label or button, but never is custom control, can be that
this control is not compatible with different types of toolbar (floating bar, etc)??
