I'm working with CXTPRibbonCustomizeQuickAccessPage on a CXTPCustomizeSheet.  Is there any way to get it to look more like the Customize page of the Word 2007 Word Options dialog?  A theme or skin or something?  Short of matching the look-n-feel, is there any way to get something like the Move Up / Move Down buttons onto CXTPRibbonCustomizeQuickAccessPage?  It's frustrating not being able to move the buttons around short of removing & re-adding.  I tried dragging, arrow keys, etc, and can't find any hidden functionality.
