How to generate Toolbar icons?

   Hi,

I've been playing with the CommandBarIcons sample, trying to substitute my own alpha images in.

I've generated a 24-bit bitmap (with alpha background) in photoshop, and replaced alphaclr.bmp with it, but when I run it in CommandBarIcons it doesn't render nearly as nicely as your originals.

Is there something I'm missing? What should I be doing to generate my bitmap?

	Hi, 24 bit bitmap can't have alpha background...
