I want to remove customize option in my toolbar. Please tell me how can i remove this.

pCommandBars->GetCommandBarsOptions()->bShowExpandButt onAlways = FALSE

seems you need to add Toolkit resources.

add

#include <XTToolkitPro.rc>

to your rc2 file.
