Creating and laying out controls dynamically

I need to build a dialog consisting of some text fields, comboboxes, checkboxes, etc on the fly. Basically every control has a label, so I'm thinking about a table layout with labels in the left column and controls in the right.

Are there any tools in the framework which could simplify this task? Something similar to the layout helpers used in such frameworks, as Qt (Grid, VBox, HBox, etc)?
