Associate Document with Tab

   There must be the ability to determine the document associated with a tab, and vice-versa

I have a pointer to an MDI Document - how do I get its associated CXTPTabManagerItem*

I also have the CXTPTabManagerItem*, how do I get to the contained document 

This has eluded me
