miminc vista date and time calendar selection

   would be great not fabulous if the datetimepicker control would be able to select years and month the same way the vista date and time control does it on clic of the year it show in the same space of the control a list of months if clic again on the year show list of near year if clic again then show 100 years by group of 10 years etc.

Thanks would make more sense since faster to select a birthday date like 9 december 1975 from now. But dont limit it to 1980 allow to go before this date!
