My application is MDI but not derived from CMDIFrameWnd. I'd like to get the minimize/restore/close buttons in my ribbon. From browsing CXTPMenuBar::RefreshMenu and related functions, it appears that a good bit of code (SyncActiveMdiChild, m_bMdiApp, GetActiveMdiChildWnd, etc) depends on CMDIFrameWnd subclassing. Is there any way to get the system buttons without such subclassing?
I'm running Codejock 10, but eagerly awaiting 11.4. --Mike |

Hi,
Unfortunatelly according MFC architecture it can work only with CMDIFrameWnd deriver window. Why you can't derive from CMDIFrameWnd?
