Docking Pane state and float positions @runtime

   Hi,
How can we set the size and floating position of the Docking Pane dynamically? (For eg create a docking pane and at runtime read from the registry or ini file the last saved docking pane state / size / position and set the state of the docking pane) 
PS: Not using DoPropExchange, we should just give the Bounding rect sizes and floating positions.
