I try to load the CommandBar Designer, but I get this error every time:
Component Request Pending
"This action cannot be completed because the other application is busy.
Choose 'Switch to' to activate the busy application and correct the problem.
Can anyone help me?

Please run CommandBar Designer from start menu before you first use it.
