Menu skinning changed ?

   Version 10.3.1 did great job on skinning my dynamically created popup menus (vb6), 10.4.x seem not to skin it anymore. Can you please explain why did you introduce such behavior (removing the feature in newer version) ??

	Hello, 10.3.1 didn't supported menus at all. Now only background color and border around menu supported.
