It works, but the "drag here"-dots are still visible. Drawing bug?

Hi,
I've been pondering upon this for quite some time now. It should be simple, but I can't find the flag/function for it!
How do I make the menu bar undockable? That is, it should not be possible to move it. Similar to the menu in VS 2005.
