Don't worry found it..  Need to create Form3 panel, with the neighbour being the client area..

Using GetClientPane() on the CXTPDockingPaneManager..

I was trying to get the same effect with CommandBars and DialogBars, but couldn't get the middle panel to position correctly..  Any ideas?

Thanks
