Strange problems with CommandBar 10.4.2

   Hi,

 I've two problem with CommandBar in ribbon mode, 

First: the font of form when use EnableFrameTheme, and the Tab title font,

Second: When I use SkinFramework to skin the form title bar, evey thing is ok on form maximize as in picture 2 attached, but when I use CommandBars.EnableOffice2007FrameHandle  the form is Maximized but the right side of the form is not drawn!!!

I've attached a zip file with 3 picture, 1 is for the first problem, 2 for the ok part of second problem and 3 for the wrong part in second problem,
