Is there any way to not only disable, but also hide icon(s) from toolbar?
Thanks.

Try this:

int index = 0; // index of icon you want to hide

CXTPControl * pctrl = (CXTPControl *)pToolBar->GetControl(index);
pctrl->SetVisible(FALSE);
