Ribbon controls disappear when resizing

Hi.  I found a possible bug with the ribbon.  When I resize the window, some controls in the ribbon disappear. 
Here's the maximized ribbon:
 
And here it is again with the window shrunk horizontally.  Notice how two controls are missing from the System Settings group:
 
 
I don't think controls are supposed to be hidden unless the entire group is minimized.

Ok, the problem here is that I do not have icons associated with each text label.  But shouldn't the label stay visible if no icon is present?

pLabel>SetStyle(xtpButtonCaption);
