Can't MDI tile in RibbonMDISample

   Hi - take the RibbonMDISample and wire up ID_WINDOW_TILE_HORZ or include a command handler that calls MDITile(MDITILE_HORIZONTAL). Neither method seems to work. Is there any way to tile MDI child windows with the ribbon?
