I have a right-click handler for a CListCtrl. If my right-click handler does not add anything to its right-click menu, I get something that looks like the picture below, but only if skinning is turned on. Where does this menu come from? How do I get rid of it? BTW, the menu choices do work to move around the contents of the listctrl.

Usually this menu appears in every Windows application if you right-click on a scrollbar

So are you saying that the toolkit is not the code that is displaying it? Because if I turn skinning off, it goes away. I just haven't been able to find the code in the toolkit source.
