When using splitbuttons have an extra arrow when:
CommandBars.Options.ShowTextBelowIcons = True
Open RibbonSample, paste the code above and click the Insert tab.

Don't use ShowTextBelowIcons for RibbonBar. Ribbon must automatically resize controls.
