Hi,
I checked the calendar sample, but I was wondering if there is anyway to set the event label without double click on the calendar and open a new event window.
what I am trying to say is: if I just select the starttime and the endtime, then type the subject, can I set the the event label to "Business" or any other label (will be set by default)?
Thank you,

Hi,

Use corresponding Calendar's notifications. Example for your task:

Private Sub CalendarControl_EventAdded(ByVal EventID As Long)
    Dim pEvent As CalendarEvent
    Set pEvent = CalendarControl.DataProvider.GetEvent(EventID)
    If Not pEvent Is Nothing Then
        pEvent.Label = 2
    End If
    CalendarControl.DataProvider.ChangeEvent pEvent
End Sub
