Hi,
Is there anyway to have all 3 themes ( Luna (blue) them,Obsidian (black) and the Aqua Office 12 theme for Beta 1) using the 10.1.1 version? if so, how?

Hello, No, you have to upgrade.
If you going to use Ribbon I very recommend you update your version with each release - most of features for last releases was for Ribbon.
