Is there a way to only print selected rows in the ReportControl? 10.3.1 with VB6.
Thanks! |

Try to choose option "Print Range" --> Selection in the dialog which is appeared before printing.

When I select a row and then print, print range is grayed out. When I try print selection, it still prints the entire report.

That's strange.
Do you experience the same behavior with our Report VB sample application? For me it works fine... May be the problem is in your environment? Any details on it? -- WBR, Serge |

I was trying that very thing when you replied. It seems to work fine if you pass 0 to PrintReport. It does not seem to work if I pass the hDC of a specific printer.

Yes, dialog does not appear at all in this case. Control assumes that specific printer is already configured.
However, this now looks to be not consistent behavior. Most likely we'll change/update it for future version. -- WBR, Serge |
