When used with multiple monitors skinning has issues (tested on Office2007 skin, CJ version 10.3): 1. Load a skinned window 2. Maximize it over one monitor 3. Look at the borders - window border width is not correct and thus extends into adjacent monitor. The issue is obvious, making the use of skins questionable within multi-display environments. ALEX |

I wouldnt go that far. I use three monitors and until I read this thread had never noticed.
Not to mention, while I have not tried this (since I just noticed 30 seconds ago) - it seems that if you just realized it was maximized and changed to a maximize style that is exactly the same as the normal one, but with these things adjusted - end of problem (or something to this extent). Not a real fix, but should work in the meantime.
[Window.SmallFrameLeft]
Borderonly = FALSE ImageCount = 2 ImageFile = Blue\frameLeft.png ImageLayout = vertical SizingMargins = 1, 1, 0, 0 SizingType = stretch Transparent = FALSE [Window.SmallFrameRight]
Borderonly = FALSE ImageCount = 2 ImageFile = Blue\frameRight.png ImageLayout = vertical SizingMargins = 1, 1, 0, 0 SizingType = stretch Transparent = FALSE |

... oh - and there is so many things that over hang - thats probably why I didnt notice. Its pretty common, and really not a big deal - you can only have one app in focus at a time, and its going to be on top - so again - its really not going to cause any end user any grief.

Back to the old question - skin framework support of multiple monitors. Codejock makes creation of nice interfaces a breeze, however our application looks a bit amateurish when the maximized window extends outside the correct monitor by 5(!) pixels.
Why is it a big deal? Imagine, that Codejock menus were “almost” as nice as they are now, but the icons or text was misaligned by a few pixels. Can application like that work? Sure! Does it draw attention as the job not done right? Absolutely!
Multi-monitor proliferation is continuing and I would say it is “a must to have” feature.
PS. Check Mathon 2 Beta browser at http://passport.maxthon.com/max2/. This a perfect example of a nice interface having this problem – maximizing the app on a multi-monitor system has this issue!

It is fixed for 10.4.

Hi,
10.4 will be released in end of December... Но если есть мейетейнс на срок более месяца, создайте исью и я пошлю бета версию.
