A dialog create with STYLE (DS_SETFONT | WS_POPUP | WS_SYSMENU | WS_THICKFRAME) could not draw the edge/frame correct when loaded office2007 skin, especially when resizing.

Do you have 10.3?
Can you attach screenshot what you see?

No matter to load Office2007.cjstyles, WinXP.Luna.cjstyles OR WinXP.Royale.cjstyles, I get same resule.

Never tested WS_SIZEBOX without WS_CAPTION before.
