More on OwnerDraw

In a particular column I would like to show graphics percentage as show in attached file ...   

my problem is hiding "value" of item..... this is always showed.    

1) I have moved the value in the ToolTip, so that I pick this value in the OwnerDrawItem function. This works but i cant sort..    
2) I have put the item.ForeColor = item.BAckColor (but what happens when we select a record?)
