CXTReportRecordItemText::OnChar() problem

   Hi!

XTP 9.70

I would like to be able to filter the characters entered into a report controll cell, therefore I derived an object from CXTReportRecordItemText and override OnChar() but I realized that it is NEVER called ?!?!?!

how can I use this when I need to compare entered characters witrh a mask ?
