Is my solution right?

   I created a docking pane(CXTPDockingPane) and the docking pane has only one child window.
The child window of docking pane is an object of class CXTPTabControl,and i created many dialogs and tree controls as pages of CXTPTabControl.
I want to show/hide some of the pages of CXTPTabControl at run time freely.
Is my solution right?
Another question: Is the docking pane a window? It is not derived from CWnd. Whether i should create my dialogs as child of my frame window?
