scroll problem in standard edition

   i created a project using XT's wizard in vc6,selected the dockable outputbar,
then found out that class COutputBar : public CXTDockWindow had been create;
CXTFlatTabCtrl m_flatTabCtrl was its member variable,
 but the horizontal scroll bar in it was disalbed, i mean it's grayed.
how could i make it enable?
p.s: vc6+xt2.0 standard
