Tooltip Hidden Behind Pane

   I have added a windows form to a AxXtremeDockingPane. The form has an already existing toolbar with tooltips - I did not add CToolbar object to the pane.
And for some reason when the pane is floating the tooltip shows up behind the pane - I have to resize the pane in order to view the tooltip.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
