Undocked pane scroll speed...

   If I undock a pane, click the thumbtack and move away from it, it scrolls up into a caption bar.  When I mouseover the caption, the pane opens very quickly, but scrolls up slowly.  Is scroll speed something I control?  Is the scroll speed a function of whatever's behind the dropped down pane -- in my case some complicated graphics.
Any ideas are appreciated...
I'm still using 9.61 because it's too late in the cycle to switch...

	You can disable animation at all: CXTPDockingPaneManager::SetAnimationDelay
