When scrolling ListCtrl or ListView with mouse, by clicking on up or down arrows on the scrollbar, the list is not redrawn properly. New rows, which appeared because of scroll, are either stroke out or haven't got grid lines.

You can reproduce it with both standard and pro version of Xtreme Toolkit. Just run GUI_WinZip sample, make the windows small enough to see vertical scrollbar and scroll using scrollbar arrows. It doesn't happen when scrolling with keyboard, mouse wheel or when dragging scrollbar.

It happens on all of nearby computers with Windows XP installed. I believe it happens when both grid lines and XP themes are enabled.
