Disappearing ribbon tabs on Win10

   I have Win10 build 1803. I have a three monitor system. I scaled one of monitors to 125%. I did not scale the main monitor. None of my ribbon tabs show up with CJ 18.5.

I ran with CJ 18.2. The tabs show up. I am using the office 2013 themes and the office 2010 themes. We also have a backstage.

Has anyone else see this issue. There is no problem if I also scale the main monitor.
