REQUEST: Please put #ifdef guard in header

   Hello;

to reduce compile time, please put a #ifdef guard into XTToolkitPro.h. 
Otherwise the header is used in almost any file that uses toolkit classes at compile time.
Putting it only into stdafx.h does not help.

	Forget it! Sorry, I just had a wrong precompiled header file setting!
